Nate Coughran

EVP of Finance, Capital Square

Nate Coughran is currently the EVP of Finance at Capital Square, a $6B AUM real estate investor and developer of multifamily assets in the Southeast. At Capital Square, Nate oversees all major strategic financial initiatives. Prior to joining Capital Square, Nate served as a VP at Winstanley, a real estate investment and development firm, where he was responsible for sourcing debt for all new investments, leading the underwriting and analysis of new deals, and structuring and capitalizing joint venture partnerships with large institutional investors. He previously served in similar capacities at Gladstone Commercial (Nasdaq: GOOD) and The RMR Group (Nasdaq: RMR), two publicly traded real estate investment trusts (REIT). Nate began his career in the audit group at Ernst & Young. Nate earned a B.S. in Finance from Brigham Young University–Idaho and a M.S. in Finance and Accounting from Boston College.
